Morada dos Ventos Ltda. is a regestered company in Pipa, Natal,RN Brazil, our business is property develpoment and sales with hotel and condominium management.

For the past five years I have been living in this tropical paradise with my wife Tania where we have been operating a small "Pousada" (Small hotel B&B) http://www.moradadosventos.com

during which time we have built up a very healthy and loyal clientel, we have now decided to expand and are offering you the oppertunity to be part of this new venture.

The Condominium

This concept of condominium is probably unknown to most europeans, I had never heard of it until I arrived Brazil, the basics are very much like a cooperative, all the owners are collectively owners of the common areas within the condo, and complete outright owners of there own unit or apartment with full title of ownership, no time share or part owner system, 100% full title and the right to re sell at any time in the future on the open market.

The condo will consist of 16 units only, 8 x 2 bedroom apartments on the ground floor, all facing onto the new pool, and a further 8 x 1 bedroom penthouse apartments on the first floor.
